TV March Madness

Check our Scott Moore’s blog today, where Tyler Stanton wrote a guest post introducing something I am proud to be a part of.

It’s a March Madness tournament to discover the best television character in a comedy in the last 20 years. Seven other bloggers (Stanton, Keigley, Tarver, Robbins, Green, Moore, McCoy) and I have organized a tournament for the first two weeks of March.

Your participation is vital because your votes will determine everything.

I’m pretty happy with my draft picks. I went George Costanza and Cosmo Kramer in the first 2 Rounds, arguably the two strongest players on the strongest comedy team over the last 20 years.

In Round 3 I went with Screech from Saved By the Bell (as opposed to all those other Screeches) for reasons I will explain in the tournament.

In Round 4 I went with Michael Bluth (as played by Jason Bateman in Arrested Development). Not in love with this pick, but I think I can make a pretty good case for his greatness.

Head on over to Scott’s blog to read more about the tournament and to see how the draft unfolded and then give us some feedback…
