NFL2014 Crystal Schnoz Predictions – The Playoffs!

Some call it luck. I call it skill.

I have picked the eventual Super Bowl Champion before 3 of the last 4 seasons.

2013: I picked the Seahawks to beat the Broncos. It happened!

2012: I picked the Ravens to win it all. It happened!

2011: I had the Packers over the Chargers. Oops, my bad.

2010: I picked the Packers to win it all. It happened!

What about this year?

Here’s how I think it plays out.

THE NFC

1. New Orleans 13-3
2. Seattle 12-4

5. Chicago 10-6
6. Tampa Bay 9-7

Just Missed: San Francisco (9-7)

THE AFC

2. Denver 12-4
3. Pittsburgh 11-5

5. San Diego 11-5

THE WILD CARD ROUND

The wild card teams ask their QB to win a road playoff game. Only Phil Rivers delivers.

Green Bay 30, Tampa Bay 17
Philadelphia 28, Chicago 10
Pittsburgh 27, Miami 14
San Diego 37, Indianapolis 31

THE DIVISIONAL ROUND

Can anyone take down the well-rested top seeds in each conference? Nope.

Seattle 24, Green Bay 14
New Orleans 31, Philadelphia 24
Denver 28, Pittsburgh 19
New England 40, San Diego 21

THE CHAMPIONSHIP ROUND

The two Super Bowl teams from a year ago must win on the road to get back to the big game. They don’t.

New Orleans 20, Seattle 17
New England 31, Denver 30

THE SUPER BOWL – February 1, 2015

The Patriots look for redemption from the helmet catch game at University of Phoenix Stadium. They do not find it.

New Orleans 32, New England 27

Chalk it up now, folks. Drew Brees and Sean Payton win their second Super Bowl. You heard it here first. (Or seventh, depending on how many other NFL previews you’ve read.)

And now, it’s your turn.

C’mon people, don’t be shy.

Who’s winning the Super Bowl this year?
