Last year i wrote a silly piece called Happy Tryptophan Day that never made it on to the Burnside Writer’s Collective site. This year, I’m on their blog roster, so i threw it on there on my own. It’s one of the most ridiculous things I’ve ever written…maybe that’s why i like it so much.
awesome post, bryan and welcome to the burnside bloggers. I myself have come to appreciate smaller portions of TG dinner. For no other reason than I want to be at the top of my game when I head to the outlet malls for Midnight Madness. No, not to shop, but to taunt the people who do. Actually I’m thinking of going disguised as a blind person with dark glasses and a cane, and just cutting to the front to see what they do.
In answer to your question, no I’m not a member of the WGA, though I think I may have enough points to join. My friend is a strike captain, and I’m a member of SAG so I should be down there at the strike lines. But my book manuscript is due in January and I’m freaking OUT!
