here in massachusetts for the weekend. it was 40 degrees this morning, so it finally feels like Fall. looks like it too with some pretty impressive foliage on display. Erica is out for a 16-mile run this morning with Kandace. crazy kids. My dad and I are headed out to play 18 at Fall River Country Club this afternoon, so that should be fun. Tomorrow we’re headed back to PA, and hopefully the drive will be drier than the trip here. i drove through 2+ hours of downpouring rain. it was redick.

New Schnoz Report for Week 6 is up.

Red Sox game was great last night. Although neat the end it almost got boring. But I’ll take a boring win over an exciting loss any day. Hopefully tonight will give us the same result.

hope everyone is having a great weekend.

I’ve been meaning to post this for a while now, but I’m so proud of Erica for finishing a half-marathon a week and a half ago. She’s been training since May, and she’s been more disciplined with it than i have ever been about anything.

The cool thing was, she not only finished, but she beat her goal time of 2 hours, crossing the finish line at 1:59:45.

and of course, she’s not stopping there. next month she’s running the philly marathon with kandace and dawn, who also ran the half with her.

i’ve said it before and i’ll say it again. she’s amazing and am so blessed to have her as my best friend.
