I’m sure I could make some calls and get hired by an ad agency in 10.5 seconds, but that’s not how I roll. I’d rather do my thing and let them come to me.

Totally forgot this video existed until yesterday.

It’s from 2006, and it’s me playing a rather uninspired cowbell on stage with my favorite band of all time, Caedmon’s Call.

(I make an appearance at the :07 and the 1:07 mark wearing my red sox sweatshirt)

It was always a dream of mine to play on stage with Caedmon’s, still makes me smile to watch it.

Got me thinking, if you could play cowbell on stage with any band in the world, who would it be?

Bonus points if your answer rhymes with Pickleback.

World renowned funnyman Tyler Stanton is starting a new video series on his blog called “5 Questions You’ve Never Been Asked”, and through bribery and violent threats (turns out there’s not much Tripp Crosby won’t do for $20) I was able to convince him to interview me for the first installment.

At 7 minutes, the video is a smidgen long (and it would be nice if my volume was a bit louder), but we had fun doing the interview so there’s a slight chance you might enjoy watching it.

Also, my head really is twice as big and twice as pasty as Tyler’s in real life.
