Here’s a picture from May 2007 of my good friend Than (short for Nathanael…you can call him Nate if you like).
Than is happy in this picture because he’s holding his newborn son, Brady.

Here is a picture from one hour ago, taken by Nate as he was getting his wisdom teeth out.
Not sure if this was before or after the surgery, but it’s just too great not to post it. (I’ll apologize later.)

However bad this morning has started out for you…just remember it could be worse.
Seems like most people have had their wisdom teeth out. Me? I still have all 4, with no plans on getting any removed.
What about you? Still got them all in? or have you already had a morning like Than is having today?

Still have all my teeth (though I could always use more wisdom…hmmm). I only have three wisom teeth, though. I’m weird like that.
than, you look like you are wearing the fat suit from the nutty professor in that pic.
I only have three too, guess we are more evolved than most, or maybe less wise?!!
My bottom-right WT abscessed when I was a junior in high school. My top right came in slightly crooked and threw off my bite. My lower left finished coming in last year, finally; it started sometime in the late ’90s. I’ve never had a top left WT.
I had about 3 lbs of blood soaked gauze shoved in the corners of my mouth in this picture. Don’t remember a thing. even that i took this pic. I had to have some nurse, litterally half my size, prop me up and walk me out to Kans car. i was a mess.
Still have all of mine. But if I did ever have to have them out, the last person in the world I would give a picture of it to, would be you, Bryan. Has Than seen this yet! Did he try and kill you? I am waiting for the payback. Great entertainment.
Hilarious. He looks more and more like dad as the years go by.Why did he have a camera on him? Why is he wearing a yellow button-down shirt instead of a johnny?
I had all four of mine out this past summer, actually it was on our anniversary. they were all impacted so I was happy to see them go. Everybody I talked to had a horror and funny story. I have none. I was slightly out of it as they walked me to Michael’s car. We got home and I was watching a movie on the couch. After the movie I felt great and we went out and laid by the pool. There was some pain, but nothing the vicodin couldn’t help. I was off of work for the whole week, but could have worked easily. I had more pain with them being impacted before the surgery than after. It was like a nice little vacation.
