Last Time, First Time

Our church had a leadership session last Saturday morning led by Robert Cameron of the Wave Church. One thing he said that I liked was:

“When was the last time you did something for the first time?”

Thought that was a great thought. We’ve got to be learning and growing, not afraid of the unknown, and not afraid of rejection or failure.

So when was the last time YOU did something for the first time? Think about it…

  • What's too complicated, LOST's mythology or Carlton's hair? // RT I am thinking about Bonini's paradox.
  • RT I like the phrase "It's not for everyone," because it literally applies to every single thing in the entire world.
  • I'm a pitch-man for Clorox, they just don't know it yet. the 1st of many bad ads i have in the can. http://bit.ly/dvlZuK
  • i can't wait to watch Karate Kid with Parker for the first time. Always gets a little dusty in the room when Daniel wins.
  • instead of an afternoon cup of coffee, i listen to the "you're the best around" song from Karate Kid. Same effect.
