That’s what a degree at CFNI’s School of Worship will lead too.
Let me see if I understand what they were saying:
1.) This is rock and roll
2.) Jesus is a like a Mountie
3.) He writes silly songs
If I examine this logically, #1 and #3 cancel each other out, so then all I’m left with is Jesus is like a Mountie. Ok, I’ll buy that.
Yeah, there were so many disturbing lines in this song…but the Mountie reference might take the cake.
Thank you, Bryan. With that guy’s charisma — combined with the smokin’ background singers — I’m surprised Sonseed didn’t completely take over Christian radio back in the day.
